Refund policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Please email hello@thelongevitychemist.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
If the goods are found to be faulty, a full refund including delivery costs will be issued.
