Shipping policy

We will deliver the products to the delivery address you provide when placing your order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of confirmation. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location or courier service.

If delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us, a £5 administration fee will be deducted from your refund to cover incurred costs.

Couriers will make reasonable attempts to deliver and may leave a calling card. If delivery is attempted three times unsuccessfully, the order will be returned to us, and a refund (minus the £5 fee) will be processed.
